We do not collect, store, or sell personal data on our own servers. BriefAlpha.com is a client-side application — market data is fetched directly from third-party APIs by your browser.

The only personal information we may receive is your email address, submitted voluntarily via our newsletter signup form. Email addresses submitted through our signup form are processed exclusively by Formspree, Inc. — we do not receive or store them on BriefAlpha.com servers.

2. How We Use Information

Email addresses collected through our newsletter signup are used solely for the purpose of delivering market briefing emails to subscribers who request them. We do not use email addresses for any other purpose.

We never sell, rent, share, or transfer your email address to any third party, except to Formspree as the email service processor, subject to their privacy policy.
